Description
Do you teach folk dance as part of your elementary music curriculum? These folk dance slides are designed to help guide your students’ movement in a variety of dance formations.
Included are two sets of formations – one set show formations with the shape/line of the dance present. The second shoes formations without the shape/line of the dance present.
Included in the set is a Venn Diagram to compare/contrast previously learned folk dances to new dances. This can be helpful for students to see the similarities between dances and to identify the steps they already know.
Also included are blank, editable slides to use to present new folk dances. Simply overlay text on the slide with the folk dance steps typed/written in.
